The space
Newly built & Beautifully decorated & modern condo. Perfect for friends, family or corporate travel. This listing consist of a One bedroom, One bath condo and is a great place for up to 4 guests. The condo features a spacious living room with dining area and balconies to watch summer fireworks and , room for boat parking (upon request). Literally just steps away to Kemah Boardwalk, 1-2 blocks from all the top bars and restaurants.

Guest access
Guests will have access to their own condo (one bedroom, one bath), as well as parking for two vehicles on the concrete driveway at the base of the building.

Other things to note
There are two flights of stairs to condos. Parking space for two vehicles

Please do not lock the bottom handle when exiting the unit, you will lock yourself out of the unit. Please use the digital deadbolt in order to secure the door.

The unit utilizes an inline tankless water heater, during colder seasons you must run the water for at least 5 minutes to get the water hot.

This unit has a utility closet with the buildings controls & telecommunications. We may need to gain access to the unit in order to perform updates or maintenance. We try to provide as much advance notice as possible.
